Here are the Gregorian Calendar Appointed Moedim Days of YHWH for 2024
These are the Appointed Moadim of Adonai, which you are to proclaim to be holy convocations--MY MOADIM.... (Lev23:2) Spring Feasts
Ends nightfall of Tuesday, April 30, 2024 No work permitted on April 23 - 24 and April 29 - 30. Work is permitted only on April 25 - 26 and April 28 These are the appointed feasts of Adonai, holy convocations which you are to proclaim in their appointed season. During the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is Adonai’s Passover. (Leviticus 23:4-5 TLV) Get rid of the old hametz (leaven), so you may be a new batch, just as you are unleavened--for Messiah, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us celebrate the feast not with old hametz, the hametz of malice and wickedness, but with unleavened bread—the matzah of sincerity and truth. 1Cor 5: 7-8 Note: The traditional time to begin Passover is in the evening at the end of the day.
On the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Matzot to Adonai. For seven days you are to eat matzah. On the first day you are to have a holy convocation and you should do no regular work. Instead you are to present an offering made by fire to Adonai for seven days. On the seventh day is a holy convocation, when you are to do no regular work. (Leviticus 23:6-8 TLV)
When you have come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you are to bring the omer of the firstfruits of your harvest to the kohen. He is to wave the omer before Adonai, to be accepted for you. On the morrow after the Shabbat, the kohen is to wave it. (Leviticus 23:10-11 TLV)
Then you are to count from the morrow after the Shabbat, from the day that you brought the omer of the wave offering, seven complete Shabbatot. Until the morrow after the seventh Shabbat you are to count fifty days, and then present a new grain offering to Adonai. (Leviticus 23:15-16 TLV) When the day of Shavuot had come, they were all together in one place. Suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And tongues like fire spreading out appeared to them and settled on each one of them. Acts 2:1-4 Fall Feasts
Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) Begins sunset of Wednesday, October 16, 2024 Ends nightfall of Wednesday, October 23, 2024 No work permitted on October 17 - 18. Work is permitted on October 20 - 23 On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the Feast of Sukkot, for seven days to Adonai. On the first day there is to be a holy convocation--you are to do no laborious work. For seven days you are to bring an offering by fire to Adonai. (Leviticus 23:34-36 TLV) The eighth day will be a holy convocation to you, and you are to bring an offering by fire to Adonai. It is a solemn assembly--you should do no laborious work. (Leviticus 23:36 TLV) And on in the future: Then all the survivors from all the nations that attacked Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, (The Lord of Hosts) and to celebrate Sukkot. 17 Furthermore, if any of the nations on earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, they will have no rain. Zech 14: 16-17 TLV (the Feast will be kept in the future with a punishment of "no rain" for those nations which refuse) In summary we keep the Feasts because Yah commanded it: These are the moadim of Adonai (<-the feasts of the Lord) which you are to proclaim to be holy convocations..Lev 23:37 Yeshua kept them. They will be kept in the future as commanded by God in Zechariah and they hold a wealth of knowledge and information about the Messiah of prophesy fulfilled and to be fulfilled. Yeshua kept Passover, He kept Tabernacles & He kept the Feasts. He is sinless/a lawkeeper before God, He is YHWH in the flesh---The Word made flesh---and it is commanded, in the Word, to keep them. These are the FEASTS OF ADONAI Lev 23:37
Grafted into Israel: If the firstfruit is holy, so is the whole batch of dough; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. 17 But if some of the branches were broken off and you—being a wild olive--were grafted in among them and became a partaker of the root of the olive tree with its richness, 18 do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, it is not you who support the root but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” 20 True enough. They were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but fear— Romans 11: 16-20 TLV The Feast of Dedication/Hanukkah is not a commanded Feast or Moadim. However, Yeshua did celebrate it and used it as an opportunity to present the gospel in the temple: SEE JOHN 10: 23-32 Yeshua made a three-day journey from Nazareth to be in the Temple during the Feast of Dedication/Hanukkah. "Yeshua was walking in the Temple around Solomon’s Colonnade."-----

Hello scattered friends and family in Messiah! I love to read! I am reading 3 books right now:
However, I am typing today to share a bit of what I learned from my reading today: "Walking in the dust of Rabbi Jesus (Yeshua)"- Lois Tverberg She explains that mainstream Christians tend to take an "all or nothing," approach to Torah (pg 137). We, our family, and fellowship do not do that because we understand it is a lifelong process of growth/sanctification. It is better to KEEP the Torah and guard it to the best of your current: ability, growth, and understanding. That ability will grow as your relationship with YHWH grows and you flex working those muscles of faith + obedience. Contrary, "In their (Jewish) minds, the Law teaches them how to live in a way that pleases a loving God and upholds their covenantal relationship. Because of this, Judaism often shows a surprising pragmatism toward people's weaknesses. People are encouraged to keep aiming to obey God's laws, even if they do so imperfectly. The idea is that if you can't be entirely obedient, do your best to do what you and can and try even harder tomorrow." (pg 137) AMEN! "If you are not going to be better tomorrow than you were today, then what need have you for tomorrow?- Rabbi Nachman of Braztlav (1772-1810) I have shared this many times and up front Christians often "like" the posts or commentary but don't push themselves deeper into keeping: Torah, Feast Days, Shabbat as instructed in Scripture and lived out by Messiah Yeshua as our example: You are saved by grace through faith so that no man can boast... And justified apart from works, correct... but let's continue... The outworking or fruit of salvation is keeping Yeshua's commandments (Torah) If you love Me, you will keep My commandments: John 14:15 For He said: "Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them."Matthew 7:17-20 ) as the scripture says: Do we then nullify the Law by this faith [making the Law of no effect, overthrowing it]? Certainly not! On the contrary, we confirm and establish and uphold the Law (Torah) [since it convicts us all of sin, pointing to the need for salvation].Romans 3:31 AMP "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law (Torah)or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law (Torah)until everything is accomplished. (Is everything accomplished yet? No.) So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:18).
> But we know that the Torah is good if one uses it legitimately- 1 Tim 1:8 > So then, the Torah is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good. Rom 7:12 > So you are to keep My statutes and My ordinances. The one who does them will live by them. I am Adonai. Lev 18:5 The Torah of Adonai is perfect, restoring the soul. The testimony of Adonai is trustworthy, making the simple wise. 9 The precepts of Adonai are right, giving joy to the heart. The mitzvot of Adonai are pure, giving light to the eyes. 10 The fear of Adonai is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of Adonai are true and altogether righteous. 11 They are more desirable than gold, yes, more than much pure gold! They are sweeter than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. 12 Moreover by them Your servant is warned. In keeping them there is great reward. PS 19: 8-12 THE TORAH OF ADONAI IS PERFECT. Yeshua did not come to abolish the Torah/Law. The Torah brings: joy and blessings, restores the soul, makes the simple wise, gives light to the eyes, and is more desireable than gold, in keeping His Commands is "great reward." Oh how the community of Messiah has been misled by Catholic heresies and modern watery sermons.... Finally then, brothers and sisters, we ask you and appeal in the Lord Yeshua—just as you received from us the way you ought to walk and please God (as in fact you are walking)—that you keep progressing more and more. 2 For you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Yeshua. 3 For this is the will of God--your sanctification 1 Thess 4:1-3 If you cannot stop yelling at your kids... yell less today than the day before. If you struggle submitting to your husband; pick 1 area to submit to him in genuine obedience. If you cannot stop gossiping altogether- gossip less, set apart maybe an hour or two to do nothing but uplift and encourage others and keep all negativity in your mind and lay before YHWH when those intrusive thoughts come up. Take 1 step. Take another step. Keep coming, keep submitting, keep seeking and take back the Covenant that is ours the blessings that are ours in Torah have been hidden in deception for a good 1500 years. But now for such a time as this.... there is a remnant rising coming back to HIS ways out of the traditions and denominations of men. Out of the divisions and lukewarm... We are rising as we rise let's bring another brother or sister to freedom from deception....then we can both go back for another lost soul or another sibling left in the bondage of lies... 1 by 1 let us leave "Egypt" and cross over as Hebrews into His ways: His Torah, His Appointed Days, His Shabbat as we are SET APART unto Him. Phil 4:13 Welcome back friends, readers, and new faces! I hope you have had a blessed week! The Feast of Tabernacles/Sukkot is coming up starting tomorrow EVE Friday 9/29-10/6. It is the last of the Fall Feasts and a joyous occasion. So I wanted to take some time to explain. Let's dive in! These are the moadim of Adonai (<-the feasts of the Lord) which you are to proclaim to be holy convocations, to present an offering by fire to Adonai—a burnt offering, a grain offering, a sacrifice and drink offerings, each on its own day, 38 besides those of the Shabbatot of Adonai and besides your gifts, all your vows and all your freewill offerings which you give to Adonai. 39 “So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you are to keep the Feast of Adonai for seven days. The first day is to be a Shabbat rest, and the eighth day will also be a Shabbat rest. 40 On the first day you are to take choice fruit of trees, branches of palm trees, boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook, and rejoice before Adonai your God for seven days. 41 You are to celebrate it as a festival to Adonai for seven days in the year. It is a statute forever throughout your generations. Leviticus 23:37-41 TLV
John 7:1-2 Therefore Yeshua (Jesus) said to them, “My time has not yet come, but your time is always at hand. 7 The world cannot hate you, but it hates Me because I testify that its works are evil. 8 You go on up to the Feast. I’m not going to this feast, because My time hasn’t yet fully come.” 9 After saying these things, He stayed in the Galilee. 10 But after His brothers went to the Feast, He also went, not openly but secretly. 11 Then the Judean leaders were searching for Him at the Feast and kept asking, “Where is that fellow?” 12 There was a lot of murmuring about Him in the crowds. Some were saying, “He is good.” But others were saying, “Not so! He leads the people astray.” 13 Yet no one spoke openly about Him for fear of the Judean leaders. 14 About halfway through the Feast, Yeshua (Jesus)went up to the Temple and began teaching. JN 7: 6-14 TLV So Paul still remained a good while. Then he took leave of the brethren and sailed for Syria, and Priscilla and Aquila were with him. He had his hair cut off at Cenchrea, for he had taken a vow. And he came to Ephesus, and left them there; but he himself entered the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews. When they asked him to stay a longer time with them, he did not consent, but took leave of them, saying, >>“I must by all means keep this coming feast in Jerusalem; but I will return again to you, God willing.” And he sailed from Ephesus.<< Acts 18:18-21 Then all the survivors from all the nations that attacked Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, (The Lord of Hosts) and to celebrate Sukkot. 17 Furthermore, if any of the nations on earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, they will have no rain. Zech 14: 16-17 TLV (the Feast will be kept in the future with a punishment of "no rain" for those nations which refuse) Anyone new to the Feast of Tabernacles, also known as Sukkot. Here is a simple explanation of it; It's a rehearsal for a future event where Yeshua will Tabernacle with us again, which simply means be with us.
The tent idea is a reminder we are in temporary dwelling places until we get to be with Yah permanently in the New Jerusalem, that will come down to earth. It also symbolizes the time when the Israelites were able to escape their slavery from the Egyptians and had to live in tents for 40 years. Its also a metaphor of how we escape and come out of the things of this World! Coming out of the traditions and the ways of man and religion. We hence Cross Over or Pass Over from the things of this World into the things and Ways of YHWH! This is where the word Hebrew comes from, one who has passed or crossed over! Enjoy your Tabernacle Time with Yah. He is our Banner, Covering, and Shelter. May He Overshadow us with His Glory and Presence during this set-apart Time. Be with us Always Yah in Spirit, until we are one with You permanently. Oh how we await this with great joy and anticipation. A quick google search can give you all kinds of ideas for how to decorate your own Sukkah or purchase one. The intent and motives of the heart are known by Yah and may He be with you. HalleluYah!! Have a blessed celebration rehearsal for the wedding feast to come. Do Bible things in Bible ways.... Follow the footsteps of the Master and KING. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God of Hosts, who was and who is and who is to come!” Rev 4:8 Example Sukkah's above and below. More than that I hope you had a blessed & joyful Feast of Trumpets/Yom Teruah with your fellowship, family etc! As many of you know we host a small house church (The Narrow Way Torah Observant Fellowship) and so we had a small gathering here. It was a wonderful time of celebration and fellowship. Nothing fancy. Nor does it need to be fancy. The children had a blast as well! Now that we are prepping for Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement; our family started a devotional study together. This is nice because after each section (since we are doing it as a family) the children, my husband, and myself can all type back and forth to each other with thoughts, guidance, and questions as we go. We are all pretty excited about it and the opportunity for growth in Messiah as a family as hearts and minds are prepped. If you have pictures to share from Yom Teruah please feel free to drop them on the Facebook page! * via the link below Until next time: May Adonai bless and keep you as you: press on pursuing the goal for the reward of the upward calling of God in Messiah Yeshua. Stop in for a visit, invite a friend. Hope to see you all there! Hello friends and scattered family in Messiah! What a blessed Monday!! Getting ready for Passover and Unleavened Bread this wk!! This topic takes such a beautiful spotlight during Passover and ULB as we examine our homes to remove leaven (hametz) and more importantly our hearts and minds. But if we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of His Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin (1 John 1:7 TLV ). To walk in the light means to walk in the Torah (Proverbs 6:23). Torah: meaning “teaching with direction,” i.e. the type of teaching which enables and empowers one with a direction to proceed. A second meaning is from the word “orah,” which means light. One example of this reflected in the verse which states, “For the mitzvah is a lamp, Torah a light” (Proverbs 6:23).*inspired by Torah4Today So the *mitzvah* ->commandment is a lamp, Torah a light. we are to walk IN IT ie: {Torah = light} "Torah a light" as He Himself is in the light...... we have fellowship with one another and the blood of His Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin This is living the process of sanctification "For the mitzvah is a lamp, Torah a light" Prov. 6:23 The Torah is the: rod, the light, the narrow path that leads us in the footsteps of the, Master Yeshua, and the blood of Yeshua, "purifies us from all sin." STRONGS: 38. hagiasmos Sanctification: the process of making or becoming holy, set apart, sanctification, holiness, consecration 2. use of the believer being progressively transformed by Adonai into His likeness The Torah, indeed, sets us apart, in covenant to Yah as His people. Set apart, from all other people, because we choose to obey/guard His commands, His Holy Moedim, and walk in His ways separate from the world. For this is the will of God—your sanctification- 1 Thess 4:3 TLV Therefore, come out from among them, and be separate, says Adonai. Touch no unclean thing. Then I will take you in. I will be a father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says Adonai-Tzva’ot.”2 Cor 6;17-18 TLV
The over-arching teaching in the western/roman-ized church is that the Torah is done away with and keeping the commandments is legalistic. Which is just not Biblically sound theology. While keeping/guarding Torah and the moedim (set apart Holy/Feast days and Sabbath/Shabbat) is not going to save anyone.... it is a joy to be pleasing to Adonai and there is a blessed peace and rest that comes in doing those things that are pleasing to Him. It is not a struggle or hardship. It certainly is not bondage as most of the western church would have people confused into believing. Through belief in Yeshua, the Indwelling Set-apart Spirit gives the believer the "want to" and the "power to" be obedient. This is the "Good News" we are commanded to tell all people. (Eze. 36:25-27, Jer. 31:31-34, Rom. 7:18-8:4, Mark 16:15-16) Moreover I will give you a new heart. I will put a new spirit within you. I will remove the stony heart from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Ruach within you. Then I will cause you to walk in My laws, so you will keep My rulings and do them. - Ezek 36:26 TLV A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be LIKE his teacher. Luke 6:40 TLV (ie: Yeshua who walked out Torah completely /perfectly) “For there is no good tree that produces rotten fruit, nor again does a rotten tree produce good fruit. Each tree comes to be known by its own fruit. For figs are not gleaned out of briars; neither are bunches of grapes gathered from thorn bushes. Luke 6:43-44 TLV ▪︎ You know them by their fruit. What is the fruit? ACTION, CHOICES, OBEDIENCE OR DISOBEDIENCE We know that we love God’s children by this—when we love God and OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS. For this is the LOVE of God—that we KEEP His COMMANDMENTS. And His COMMANDMENTS are NOT burdensome. 1 John 5:2-3 TLV “Why do you call Me ‘Master, Master’ and do not do what I say? Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and does them, I will show you what he is like. He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock. And when a flood came, the torrent burst against that house but could not shake it, because it had been well built. “But the one who hears yet does not do is like a man who built a house upon land without a foundation. When the torrent burst against it, immediately it collapsed—and the destruction of that house was great!” Luke 6:46-49 TLV But He said, “Rather, blessed are those who HEAR the word of God and OBEY it.” Luke 11:28 TLV Now a certain Torah lawyer stood up to entrap Yeshua, saying, “Teacher, what should I do to gain eternal life?” Then Yeshua said to him, “What has been written in the Torah? How do you read it?” And he replied, “You shall love Adonai your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.” Yeshua said to him, “You have answered correctly. Do this and you will live.” Luke 10:25-28 TLV You see that a man is proved righteous by works and not by faith alone. James 2:24 TLV = "You will know them by their fruit" “If you love Me, you will keep My commandments." John 14:15 TLV

Phil 4:13 Hello friends and scattered family in Messiah! I pray your Shabbat and weekend was blessed. Well, you know what is beginning to weigh heavily on my mind... Passover and Unleavened Bread (ULB) I have been verbally preparing our children for the upcoming lack of: waffles, pastries, bread, cereal etc. This is probably one of the more challenging things for me with 3 younger kids. So I thought, I am probably not the only one.... maybe a blog post on the topic and some food/meal ideas may be helpful! Well let's back up: “These are the appointed feasts of Adonai, holy convocations which you are to proclaim in their appointed season. During the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is Adonai’s Passover. On the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Matzot to Adonai. For seven days you are to eat matzah. On the first day you are to have a holy convocation and you should do no regular work. Instead you are to present an offering made by fire to Adonai for seven days. On the seventh day is a holy convocation, when you are to do no regular work.” Lev 23:4-8 TLV It is actually reported that among you there is sexual immorality, and such immorality as is not even among the pagans—that someone has his father’s wife. And you are puffed up! Shouldn’t you have mourned instead, so that the one who did this deed might be removed from among you? For even though I am absent in body, I am present in spirit—I have already passed judgment on the one who has done this thing, as though I were present. When you are gathered together in the name of our Lord Yeshua, I am with you in spirit. With the power of our Lord Yeshua, you are to turn such a fellow over to satan for the destruction of his fleshly nature, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Yeshua. Your boasting is no good. Don’t you know that a little hametz leavens the whole batch of dough? Get rid of the old hametz,so you may be a new batch, just as you are unleavened—for Messiah, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us celebrate the feast not with old hametz, the hametz of malice and wickedness, but with unleavened bread—the matzah of sincerity and truth. 1 Cor 5:1-8 TLV We are to remove the physical leaven from our: lives, homes, kitchens, and diet as we examine ourselves for the "leaven" of sin (lawlessness) in our: lives, actions etc. This is a great opportunity to go through your house and kitchen with your children to find and get rid of the hidden yeast (hametz), but don’t spend more time analyzing the food than the sin (lawlessness) in your own hearts. The main point will always be to get the sin (lawlessness) out of your heart. Still, this is an opportunity to really let this lesson sink in. Let’s teach this to the children and let them help you as a reminder to seek out the hidden sin (lawlessness) in their own hearts as well.
There is a plethora of ULB recipes out there in internet world and while we do use boxed ULB on occasion...our fellowship and our children really enjoy this recipe with just a hint of sweetness: 3 cups all purpose flour 2 teaspoons sea salt/ kosher salt 1.5 cups whole milk 3 eggs 2 TBLSP olive oil 4 TBLSP honey, or 2 TBLSP sugar Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until fully combined and blended. Spray an 11 x 15 baking pan with cooking spray, and spread dough into pan. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Phil 4:13 Hello scattered family and friends in Messiah! The Spring Feasts are coming!! *Passover is April 5th sundown to April 6th sundown. * Unleavened Bread April 6th sundown to April 12th sundown *First Fruits/ Resurrection day: April 9th HalleluYah! Passover End of the Day, April 5, 2023 During the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is Adonai’s Passover. Lev 23:5 TLV Note: The traditional time to begin Passover is in the evening at the end of the day. Some congregations observe it on the prior evening. Unleavened Bread April 6 – April 12, 2023 On the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Matzot to Adonai. For seven days you are to eat matzah. On the first day you are to have a holy convocation and you should do no regular work. Instead you are to present an offering made by fire to Adonai for seven days. On the seventh day is a holy convocation, when you are to do no regular work.” Lev 23:6-8 TLV First Fruits April 7 or April 9, 2023 Adonai spoke to Moses saying: “Speak to Bnei-Yisrael and tell them: When you have come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you are to bring the omer of the firstfruits of your harvest to the kohen. Lev 23:9-10 TLV
But on the other hand, when this One offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God-- waiting from then on, until His enemies are made a footstool for His feet. For by one offering He has perfected forever those being made holy. The Ruach ha-Kodesh also testifies to us—for after saying, “This is the covenant that I will cut with them: ‘After those days,’ says Adonai, ‘I will put My Torah upon their hearts, and upon their minds I will write it,’” then He says, “I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.” Now where there is removal of these, there is no longer an offering for sin.- Heb 10: 12-18 TLV ♡Why do we keep the Feasts? ♡YHWH commanded it and Yeshua did. ‘“These are the appointed feasts of Adonai, holy convocations which you are to proclaim in their appointed season." Leviticus 23:4 TLV ▪︎ whose appointed feasts are these? Adonai ▪︎ Did the command end? This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations. Leviticus 23:21 TLV ▪︎ Did Yeshua Messiah, our Master, keep the Feasts? Yeshua kept the Biblical Festivals described in Leviticus. The record shows that He kept these days from an early age. “His parents went to Jerusalem every year at the Feast of the Passover. And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem according to the custom of the feast” (Luke 2:41–42). Of course, He not only observed the Passover with His family in His youth; He continued to keep it until His death, even teaching His disciples to observe it with new symbols (John 13:1–7; Luke 22:14–23). It is also recorded that they observed the Days of Unleavened Bread (Matthew 26:17; Mark 14:1, 12; Luke 22:1, 7), the Feast of Tabernacles (John 7:1–24), and the Last Great Day (John 7:37–39). But observance of these Feasts did not stop when Yeshua died. ▪︎ The disciples/apostles? The book of Acts and the letters written by the apostles of the first-century Church leave us a record showing that they continued to keep the Biblical Feasts for decades after Yeshua’s death and resurrection. In the letter to the Corinthians, Paul reiterated instructions regarding how to keep the Passover with wine and unleavened bread (1 Corinthians 11:17–34). In the same letter, speaking of the Days of Unleavened Bread, he commanded the congregation, “let us keep the feast” (1 Corinthians 5:8), and went on to help them understand the meaning of those days. This was over 20 years after Yeshua died, and the Church at Corinth was largely made of converted/grafted in believers, not Jews. Acts 2 records the first Day of Pentecost (Shavuot) after Yeshua died. Here we see Peter, after receiving the Holy Spirit, giving a message on the meaning of that day (Acts 2:1–39), causing many to come to repentance, be baptized, and receive the Holy Spirit. While this was only a few weeks after Yeshua died, we also see that Paul was still talking about and observing Pentecost—even among converted/grafted congregations—more than 25 years later (Acts 20:16; 1 Corinthians 16:8). We see a reference to the Day of Atonement (Acts 27:9). Finally, we read Paul’s words in Acts 18:21, “I must by all means keep this coming feast in Jerusalem….” The Biblical record is clear: The Biblical Feasts were still kept by the fellowship's of believers well after Yeshua died and were an active part of the Church’s culture, for ALL believers. It is also revealing that the Bible shows that the Holy Days will be observed during the future millennial reign of Yeshua Messiah. Then all the survivors from all the nations that attacked Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, and to celebrate Sukkot. Furthermore, if any of the nations on earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, they will have no rain. Zechariah 14:16-17 TLV It is clear that the Bible shows that these days are to be kept by ALL believers—> This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations. Leviticus 23:21 TLV But whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God is truly made perfect. We know that we are in Him by this— whoever claims to abide in Him must walk just as He walked. 1 John 2:5-6 TLV #FOLLOWINGMESSIAH YOU CAN NOW CONNECT WITH US ON FACEBOOK HERE! : (1) Pursuing the upward call | Facebook This is a public "personal blog" pg via Facebook to make it easier for readers to connect and share. Phil 4:13 Hello friends and scattered family in Messiah! Believers that belong to Messiah: Nobody in the body of Messiah can hold onto bitterness, unforgiveness, and tout it as justified. "Pursue shalom with everyone, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God; and see to it that no bitter root springs up and causes trouble, and by it many be defiled." Hebrews 12:14-15 TLV " Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves in tender compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience— bearing with one another and forgiving each other, if anyone has a grievance against another. Just as the Lord pardoned you, so also you must pardon others" Colossians 3:12-13 TLV Regarding forgiveness : Yeshua said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven." Matthew 18:22 TLV " They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world." John 17:16 TLV We, who belong to Messiah, must rise up above our culture in allegiance to our KING. We do not belong to this world. "if indeed you have heard Him and were taught in Him, as the truth is in Yeshua. With respect to your former lifestyle, you are to lay aside the old self corrupted by its deceitful desires, be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self—created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.< Ephesians 4:21-24 TLV Those in Messiah are family: whether believing Jew or grafted in believer and regardless of ethnicity or native nationality. In scripture among believers, there is no nationality, there is no ethnicity. There are children and heirs of Yah and those who are still unrepentant sinners. That's it. Do not be fooled and make an idol of these things for they are passing away and hold no value in the kingdom. Do not let unforgiveness take root either in refusal to obey Yeshua's command. "For all who are led by the Ruach Elohim, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall again into fear; rather, you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” The Ruach Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God. And if children, also heirs—heirs of God and joint-heirs with Messiah—if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him. Romans 8:14-17 TLV After these things I looked, and behold, a vast multitude that no one could count--from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues—was standing before the throne and before the Lamb. Revelation 7:9 TLV "The one who says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in the darkness. The one who loves his brother abides in the light, and in him there is no cause for stumbling. " I John 2:9-10 TLV BOTTOM LINE : But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a HOLY NATION, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. Once you were “not a people,” but now you are “God’s people.” You were shown “no mercy,” but now you have been shown “mercy.” I Peter 2:9-10 TLV Believers need to rise above worldly nationality and identifying factors to who Yah says we are and the customs/culture & Holy Days He left for us as instructed. We are not of the world. But you are not of the world, since I have chosen you out of the world; therefore the world hates you.- JN 15:`19 TLV
This is not just once a week or a few times a yr. No, Messiah left us instructions/commandments, Holy Days, that cover every day decisions, choices, character development (Fruit of the Spirit) how to deal with conflict, forgiveness etc. The Feasts follow an annual cycle and each Feast points to HIM in preparation for the coming kingdom. This is your time to study, to show yourself approved. (2 Tim 2:15) The kingdom is coming.... * Forgiveness doesn't always mean things go back to however they were before the offence; this is very situationally dependent. New Boundaries are at times necessary for shalom. But forgiveness is a must:

Phil 4:13 Hello scattered friends and family in Messiah! The season of Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles) is upon us! Adonai spoke to Moses saying: “Speak to Bnei-Yisrael, and say, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the Feast of Sukkot, for seven days to Adonai. On the first day there is to be a holy convocation—you are to do no laborious work. For seven days you are to bring an offering by fire to Adonai. The eighth day will be a holy convocation to you, and you are to bring an offering by fire to Adonai. It is a solemn assembly—you should do no laborious work. “These are the moadim of Adonai, which you are to proclaim to be holy convocations, to present an offering by fire to Adonai—a burnt offering, a grain offering, a sacrifice and drink offerings, each on its own day, besides those of the Shabbatot of Adonai and besides your gifts, all your vows and all your freewill offerings which you give to Adonai. “So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you are to keep the Feast of Adonai for seven days. The first day is to be a Shabbat rest, and the eighth day will also be a Shabbat rest. On the first day you are to take choice fruit of trees, branches of palm trees, boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook, and rejoice before Adonai your God for seven days. You are to celebrate it as a festival to Adonai for seven days in the year. It is a statute forever throughout your generations—you are to celebrate it in the seventh month. You are to live in sukkot for seven days. All the native-born in Israel are to live in sukkot, so that your generations may know that I had Bnei-Yisrael to dwell in sukkot when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am Adonai your God.” So Moses declared to Bnei-Yisrael the moadim of Adonai. Lev. 23:34-44 TLV
Many modern Sukkot celebrations will have families using various forms of tents, or temporary 3 sided structures called a sukkah, to celebrate. For the duration of the holiday some observers go camping to dwell in their sukkah. Others will: pray, eat and may even sleep in their sukkah/tent. It is important to note that the prophet Zechariah provides vital information on how this will be celebrated during the millennial kingdom. Then all the survivors from all the nations that attacked Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, and to celebrate Sukkot. Furthermore, if any of the nations on earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot, they will have no rain. ech 14:16-17 TLV During the Millennial reign of Yeshua we will ALL be celebrating Sukkot. This is serious business. So why is it that most churches decline to obey the KING now? In John 7:2 we see that the time of Sukkot was "at hand." Yeshua waited for the most opportune moment (JN 7:1-10) and it was at the height of the 7th day celebration, "on the last day of the great day of the feast" Yeshua was at the Temple in Jerusalem... About halfway through the Feast, Yeshua went up to the Temple and began teaching. Then the Judean leaders were amazed, saying, “How does this man know so much, having never been taught?” Yeshua answered, “My teaching is not from Me, but from Him who sent Me. If anyone wants to do His will, he will know whether My teaching comes from God or it is Myself speaking. Whoever speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him, He is true and there is no unrighteousness in Him. Hasn’t Moses given you the Torah? Yet none of you keeps it. Why are you trying to kill Me?” The crowd answered, “You have a demon! Who’s trying to kill you?” Yeshua answered, “I did one good work, and all of you are amazed. Because Moses has given you circumcision (though it is not from Moses, but from the patriarchs), you circumcise a man on Shabbat. If a man receives circumcision on Shabbat so that the Torah of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry that I healed a man’s whole body on Shabbat? Do not judge by appearance, but judge righteously.” Then some of the people from Jerusalem were saying, “Isn’t this the person they’re trying to kill? Look, He speaks openly and they’re saying nothing to Him. Can it be that the leaders know He is the Messiah? But we know where this person is from. But the Messiah, whenever He may come, no one knows where He is from.” Then, while teaching in the Temple courts, Yeshua cried out, “You know both who I am and where I am from! I have not come on My own, but the One who sent Me is true. You do not know Him, but I know Him because I am from Him and He sent Me. Then they were trying to seize Him; but no one laid a hand on Him, because His hour had not yet come. Yet many from the crowd believed in Him and were saying, “When the Messiah comes, He won’t perform more signs than this person has, will He?” The Pharisees heard people in the crowd murmuring these things about Him, and the ruling kohanim and Pharisees sent guards to arrest Him. JN 7: 14-32 TLV Consider what Zechariah said about Sukkot: "Adonai will then be King over all the earth. In that day Adonai will be Echad and His Name Echad.- Zech 14:9 TLV Yeshua declared Himself to be the living water, the fulfillment of the promises of God, Sukkot is a time of rejoicing in Him and the hope of all of the promises that are in Him, "yes and amen." (2 Cor 1: 20) Messiah promises, Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture says, ‘out of his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.- JN 7:38 TLV Messiah's grace is all sufficient for your life. During this time/ season of Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) I pray that you seek Him for understanding and wisdom in keeping the Feasts as He did and as we will in the future reign. May this be a season of blessing upon you and your household! HalleluYah!! Have a blessed celebration rehearsal for the wedding feast to come. Do Bible things in Bible ways.... Follow the footsteps of the Master and KING. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God of Hosts, who was and who is and who is to come!” Rev 4:8 TLV RELATED BLOG POSTS:

Phil 4:13 Hello scattered friends and family in Messiah! I hope this is a taken as a Shabbat of rest for you and time spent in: prayer, repentance, contemplation, & worship. What would Yeshua Messiah do?!?! He kept the feasts!! There's still time to see Messiah all throughout the fall feasts!! Yom Kippur is upon us and Sukkot is coming!!! Yah's feasts are for His children, forever throughout your generations. We are grafted in. This is acknowledged as a day of intercession, repentance/fasting. (LEV 16:29-34) This shall be an everlasting statute.... our Atonement was made in Yeshua Messiah, Amen! We can be filled with joy and reflection of who we are in Messiah. And the remnant both ethnic and grafted in believers of Israel still to be saved. There is only 1 Israel/1 bride of Messiah created out of "2 olive trees" ethnic Israel and those GRAFTED into Israel who are now indeed part of Israel: see: But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Insofar as I am an emissary to the Gentiles, I spotlight my ministry if somehow I might provoke to jealousy my own flesh and blood and save some of them. For if their rejection leads to the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? If the firstfruit is holy, so is the whole batch of dough; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. But if some of the branches were broken off and you—being a wild olive--were grafted in among them and became a partaker of the root of the olive tree with its richness, do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, it is not you who support the root but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” True enough. They were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but fear— for if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will He spare you. Notice then the kindness and severity of God: severity toward those who fell; but God’s kindness toward you, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you too will be cut off! And they also, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in; for God is able to graft them in again. For if you were cut out of that which by nature is a wild olive tree, and grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree?
